Mandatory Warden Welcome Talk
Thursday 24 September, 6pm
Conference Auditorium 1, followed by food in White Rose View Common Room.
Entry to venue: There is a wheelchair accessible lift to enter Conference Auditorium 1. The porter on site will be able to assist with the lift if required. 
Accessible Toilets: Accessible toilet facilities are located on the ground floor to the left as you enter.
Quiet space if needed:  Conference Auditorium Foyer
This mandatory talk should be attended by all residents.
This talk will include key information about your halls & safety in your halls, and you will have a chance to get to know your Warden.
You must stay for the duration of the talk, but you are welcome to leave after.
The event will be followed by food inside White Rose View, including vegan options - food is first come, first served.

Saturday 12 September and Sunday 13 September, 10am - 4pm

Come down and grab some free ice cream!
You can arrive and leave at anytime during the event.
Free Ice Cream will be given out at the event.
Pizza & Activity Night
Tuesday 15 September, 6pm - 8pm
White Rose View Common Room
Join the Activity Night for a chance to meet new people and have free pizza!
You will also have the chance to meet your Residence Life Assistants.
There will be free pizza for students, ordered from Dominos.
This will include vegetarian, vegan & gluten free options.
You can turn up at any point during the event, pizza is first come, first served.
This is an optional event and you can leave whenever you want.
Boardgames Night
Thursday 17 September, 7pm - 9pm
White Rose View Common Room
Join us for an evening of boardgames and chatting with other residents at White Rose View.
This is an optional event and you can leave whenever you want.
Breakfast Club
Sunday 20 September, 10am - 12pm
White Rose View Common Room
Join in for a free Sunday Breakfast!
This is an optional event and tickets are not required.
Free breakfast will be provided with some hot drinks.
This is your opportunity to meet other students that live in White Rose View.
You can arrive and leave at anytime during the event.
Craft and Conversations
Tuesday 22 September, 5pm - 7pm

This is an optional event and tickets are not required.
We will provide free crafting items, no need to bring anything along!
You can join at any time during the event.
Walk to LGBTQIA+ mixer
Wednesday 23 September, 3.30pm
White Rose View Common Room
This is optional, you can attend the LGBTQIA+ mixer on your own if you prefer.
Meet at White Rose View Common Room where we will walk together to Crossroads, Leeds University Union for the Residence Life LGBTQIA+ mixer.
