Ellerslie Hall

I'm a skipper. My joy is skipping to gym, to class or city centre. It's a way that I express my happiness while listening to music.

As an RLA, I’m your first line of support for your journey settling into hall life. I’m here to offer a helping hand with wellbeing or community matters, whether that's having a chat when you see me around the residence, or pointing you in the right direction to get the support you need.

Embrace the Halls community and don't be shy about meeting new people! Living in Halls connects you with students from diverse cultures, which is what makes your Leeds experience so enriching.

Lyddon Hall

I’m a medical student who loves travelling. One of my favourite experiences was completing part of my medical training abroad, and I’m always looking for opportunities to explore new places and cultures.

I see my role as being a friendly and supportive member of the Residence Life team. I’m here to help residents settle into university life, build a welcoming community within the accommodation and provide support or signpost to the right services whenever needed. Whether you have a question, a concern or just want a chat, I’m always happy to help.

Get involved in events and say yes to new opportunities. Everyone is in the same position when they first arrive, so don't be afraid to introduce yourself and get to know the people around you.
