Mandatory Warden Welcome Talk:
Monday 21 September, 6pm-8pm
Conference Auditorium 1 followed by burgers at Henry Price
Entry to venue: There is a wheelchair accessible lift to enter Conference Auditorium 1. The porter on site will be able to assist with the lift if required.
Accessible Toilets: Accessible toilet facilities are located on the ground floor to the left as you enter.
Quiet space if needed: Conference Auditorium Foyer
Meet your Warden at Henry Price
Kelly Bishop
Hi everyone! I am Kelly your Warden for Henry Price.
I have worked at the University of Leeds for two years and currently in the role of Student Education Service Officer in Disability Services.
I am from Leeds and studied Fine Art at Chelsea College of Art in London. I total I have lived in Leeds for 30 years.
I love a lot of Leeds' green spaces but especially Meanwood Park - it has lovely scenery and plants and there are some great walking trails that start there.

- Get involved in social events so you can meet a wide range of people
- Treat everyone in your halls with respect and listen to each other
Residence Life Social Committee
Whilst in Halls you have the opportunity to join your Residence Life Social Committee!
The Residence Life Social Committee programme (RLSC) provides you with the opportunity to run events for residents in your hall, and to make the most of your time in halls.
You'll meet regularly as a Committee and work within a budget to plan exciting social events, fundraisers and campaigns. It’s a great way to meet people, get involved in the community and develop important professional skills including event management, teamwork and time management.
You will also get to be part of a wider personal development programme focused on expanding your leadership and team-building abilities.
