Mandatory Warden Welcome Talk
Tuesday 22 September from 6pm
Esther Simpson, Lecture Theatre LG.08
Accessibility directions: Enter via the main entrance and turn left, the lifts are on the right, go down to the LG level and upon exiting the lift turn right.
Follow the corridor around and LT (LG.08) is straight ahead. To enter via the rear of the lecture theatre then instead go up to the first floor in the lift and upon exiting turn right and use the door on the left to enter the rear of the lecture theatre.
There is level access into this room via the lift. Entry is to the front or rear of the lecture theatre. There are two waiting spaces for wheelchairs with accompanying height adjustable desks at the front of the lecture theatre and further waiting spaces at the rear with fixed height resting surfaces. Seating is tiered and fixed and there are arm rests on the chairs.
This mandatory talk should be attended by all residents. This talk will include key information about your halls & safety in your halls, and you will have a chance to get to know your warden. You must stay for the duration of the talk but you are welcome to leave after. The event will follow with a BBQ with vegan options - food is first come, first served.

We will be serving free pizza, both meat and vegan options. You are free to drop in and leave at any time but please note the food will be first come first served. You will also be able to meet your Residence Life Assistants and socialise with other residents
