Your campus guide
Navigate campus like a pro!
Starting university and moving to a new city can feel overwhelming. This guide will help you get to grips with where you need to be and how to get from A to B.
Campus Map
A campus map is a must-have for new students. The map will show you where the buildings, parking lots, libraries, food places, sports facilities, and student service centers are. We also have online interactive maps which can give you a better idea of where specific facilities are.
Finding your teaching rooms
If you need to find any academic buildings across the city we have an interactive map that will show you exactly where each building is located. If you're unsure, here are some handy steps to help you find them easily once you arrive;
- Check your schedule: Write down the names of the buildings and room numbers for each of your classes.
- Have a look online beforehand: Before your first day of classes, look to see where they are on the interactive map. You will then be able to see how long it will take for you to get there.
- Arrive early: On your first day, give yourself enough time to find your classrooms, this eill save any last-minute panic. Use the campus map, look for signs, and ask other students or university staff for help if you need it.
Virtual Campus Tours
Want to explore the campus even more? Have a look at our virtual tours of campus and accommodation to familiarise yourself with the campus even more!
Don’t be afraid to ask for help when you’re finding your way around. There are friendly staff members, other students, or student ambassadors who can help you out. They can show you where a certain building is or how to get to an event.
This may take some time to get used to, but you'll soon get to a point where you'll know it like the back of your hand. New students next year may even ask you where some buildings and facilities are!
