Discover in-person and online wellbeing workshops for you

The University of Leeds Counselling and Wellbeing team provide a range of groups and workshops to support you during your studies. 

Sessions are one-off and aimed at helping you to develop coping strategies for a variety of situations you will face during University and beyond.

These sessions are currently bookable via the Student Wellbeing Hub where you can also see more information about each workshop. 

Note: Spaces are limited, so we recommend booking in advance. However, you’re welcome to come on the day and if there’s availability, you’ll be able to join the workshop.
