This talk from your Residence Life Warden involves a presentation for approximately an hour which explains important information about living in residences, support and opportunities.
Quiet space if needed: Meeting Room 1, accessible by a lift outside Riley Smith Theatre
Entry to venue: Two lift options are available to the first basement floor (Co-op level) Lift 1 can be found opposite the Refectory. This lift goes to floor -1. From there, the lift to the venue is located at the end of the corridor, past the food vendors, Co-op and the Scarlet Studio and Mango Studio. This lift can then be used to get to Pyramid Canteen (floor -2) and Pyramid Theatre (floor -3).
Lift 2 is located through the doors to the left of the main Terrace entrance and then by turning right once you’re through those doors. From there, the lift to the venue is located at the end of the corridor, past Stylus steps, Co-op and the Scarlet Studio and Mango Studio. This lift can then be used to get to Pyramid Canteen (floor -2) and Pyramid Theatre (floor -3).
Accessible toilet: Found at the back right hand side of Pyramid Canteen, on the upper level. This can be accessed via ramp. There is no toilet available in the theatre.
Craft and Cake

Trip to Kirkgate Market

Meet new people from your accommodation and head down to Kirkgate Market in Leeds City Centre

This event will involve meeting at Ellerslie Reception at 2pm an walking down to Kirkgate Market. You need to arrive at 2pm but you can leave at any time.
Global Café

Meet new people from your accommodation and head down to Global Café in the LUU

This event will involve meeting other students from your accommodation and walking to Global Café which takes place in Leeds University Union. You need to arrive at 5.15pm but can leave at any time.

Play Junkyard Golf in Leeds City Centre and meet new people from your accommodation

There is no step-free access to the venue. You will meet at Lyddon Hall reception and will be walked to the The Light in Leeds City Centre. You will need to meet at 5.15pm, but will be able to leave at any time. Socialising is encouraged in this event.
