Rupert Beckett Lecture Theatre, Michael Sadler Building
Entry to venue: Michael Sadler has an accessible entrance on the West side of the building, near to a circular courtyard. There are wheelchair spaces at the front of the Rupert Beckett Lecture Theatre.
Accessible toilets: An accessible toilet is located next to the female toilets in Michael Sadler building, on the same level as the lecture theatre.
How this event will run: This talk from your Residence Life Warden involves a presentation for approximately an hour which explains important information about living in residences, student support and opportunities. The talk is mandatory for all residents.

Entry to the venue: The marquee outside Leeds University Union is wheelchair accessible.
Accessible toilet: An accessible toilet is located inside the Union foyer, and there is a ramp to get into the foyer.
How the event will run: Food will be served at 6.30pm and students can have one free meal from the BBQ. This event will end when the food is finished. This is an optional event.

There is step-free access to Pyramid Theatre. There are two lift options to reach the first basement floor (near Co-op supermarket).
Lift 1 can be found opposite the Refectory. This lift goes to floor -1. From there, the next lift is located at the end of the corridor, past the food vendors, Co-op and the Scarlet and Mango studios. This lift can then be used to get to Pyramid Canteen (floor -2) and Pyramid Theatre (floor -3).
Lift 2 is located through the doors to the left of the main Terrace entrance and then by turning right once you're through those doors. From there, the next lift is located at the end of the corridor, past the food vendors, Co-op and the Scarlet and Mango studios. This lift can then be used to get to Pyramid Canteen (floor -2) and Pyramid Theatre (floor -3).
An accessible toilet can be found at the back right hand side of Pyramid Canteen, on the upper level. The bar is also located on the upper level. This can be accessed via a ramp. There is no toilet available in the theatre.
How this event will run: The film will start at 6.30pm and is 2 hours 7 minutes long. There will be free soft drinks and popcorn for attendees. You can stay at the event as long as you would like and can leave at any time.

Entry to the venue: The entrance to Tenpin can be made wheelchair accessible via a chair lift.
How this event will run: This is an optional event. You will meet at the Merrion centre and will be able to play 2 games of bowling, including a free meal or burger & fries. You will be able to leave at any time. Socialising is encouraged in this event. There are only 35 free spaces available at this event.
