We've partnered with Global Student Living (GSL) to find out about how your time in halls is going so far.
We really care about your experience and it's our job to make sure you have a fantastic time whilst you live with us.
Our Accommodation Satisfaction Survey is now live (Monday 10 November - Friday 5 December) and we would really appreciate you filling it in below!
It's your chance to tell us what we’re doing well and what we might need to improve.
All students currently living in University of Leeds accommodation.
Our private partners at Unite Students and Unipol also work with Global Student Living to survey students in their accommodation.
If you live in James Baillie Park, White Rose View or Hepworth Lodge (run in partnership with Unite Students), you may have already received an email from Global Student Living on behalf of Unite Students to complete the survey.
If you live in Carlton Hill or Royal Park Flats (run in partnership with Unipol), you may also have taken the survey already.
If you have already completed the survey with Unite Students or Unipol you do not need to take the survey again.
Fill it in for a chance to win!
Complete the survey for a chance to win some great prizes and respond early for more chances to win!
- A £100 Amazon voucher will be won by one lucky University of Leeds student every week. All responses received between Monday 10 November and Friday 5 December 2025 are eligible and each draw takes place at midnight every Friday during this period.
- Plus a chance to win £500 or one of 3 runner-up prizes between £25 and £50 in GSL's annual prize draw.

Residence Life website
We created the Residence Life website you're currently on to centralise information in one site - from events to policies and procedures, you can find it all on here.
Halls Handbook
We also introduced the Halls Handbook at check-in so you can find everything you might need whilst living in halls in one place.
Inclusivity Initiatives
We launched projects developed to support students in halls, including focus groups and tailored resources.
So remember, your voice matters. Fill out the survey to help us improve your experience and make your time in halls the best it can be.
