Mandatory Warden Welcome Talk
Friday 25 September, 6pm
Conference Auditorium 1
Mandatory Warden Welcome talk then, followed by a food truck at St Marks
Entry to venue: There is a wheelchair accessible lift to enter Conference Auditorium 1. The porter on site will be able to assist with the lift if required. 
Accessible Toilets: Accessible toilet facilities are located on the ground floor to the left as you enter.
Quiet space if needed:  Conference Auditorium Foyer
This mandatory talk should be attended by all residents.
This talk will include key information about your halls & safety in your halls, and you will have a chance to get to know your Warden.
You must stay for the duration of the talk but you are welcome to leave after.
The event will follow with food outside St Marks including vegan options - food is first come, first served.

Pizza Party
Sunday 13 September, 12pm - 3pm
Outside St Marks
Join in to meet new people living in your residence and get free pizza!
This is an optional event and tickets are not required.
Free pizza will be served from 12pm including vegan and vegetarian options. Pizza is first come, first served.
You will have an opportunity to meet and socialise with the students living in St Marks.
You can stay for as long as you would like and can leave at any point.
Pizza & Activity Night
Tuesday 15 September, 6pm - 8pm
St Marks Common Room
Join the Activity Night for a chance to meet new people and have free pizza!
There will be free pizza for students, ordered from Dominos.
This will include vegetarian, vegan & gluten free options.
You can turn up at any point during the event, pizza is first come, first served.
This is an optional event and you can leave whenever you want.
Boardgames Night
Thursday 17 September, 6pm - 8pm
St Marks Common Room
Join us for an evening of boardgames and chatting with other residents at St Marks.
This is an optional event and you can leave whenever you want.
St Marks Sizzle! (Welcome BBQ)
Sunday 20 September, 1pm - 3pm
Outside at St Marks
Join in to meet new people living in your residence and get free BBQ food!
There is step-free access to the outside area of St Marks.
How this event will run: This is an optional event, and tickets are not required. Free BBQ food will be served from 1 pm. You will have an opportunity to meet and socialise with the students living in St Marks. You can stay for as long as you would like and can leave at any point.
Residence Life Social Committee Information Session
Saturday 26 September, 5pm-6pm
St Marks Common Room
Information session to find out more about becoming a part of the Residence Life Social Committee.
This information session will include vital info about the RLSC, what they do, why you should get involved, and how you can join.
