Mandatory Warden Welcome Talk
Wednesday 16 September
James Baillie Deck Area
Block timings below:
Block A – 2.20pm to 2.50pm
Block B – 3.00pm to 3.30pm
Block C – 4.00pm to 4.30pm
Block D – 4.40pm to 5.20pm
Block E – 5.30pm to 6.00pm
This mandatory talk should be attended by all residents. This talk will include key information about your halls & safety in your halls, and you will have a chance to get to know your warden. You must stay for the duration of the talk but you are welcome to leave after.

Pizza and Icebreaker game night
Sunday 13 September, 6pm - 7pm
James Baillie Park Deck Area
We will be serving free pizza, both meat and vegan options. We will be playing icebreaker games so you are able familiarise yourself with your residents and Residence Life Assistants. You are free to drop in and leave at any time but please note the food will be first come first served.
Hall-Lympics
Friday 18 September, 4pm - 6pm
James Baillie Car Park
Picnic & Volleyball in Meanwood Park
Sunday 20 September, 4pm - 6pm
Meet at James Baillie Park reception at 3:30pm and walk to Meanwood Park after. Here we will enjoy a picnic and play some volleyball.

Tuesday 22 September, 7pm - 9pm
