Mandatory Warden Welcome Talk

Monday 21 September, 6pm-8pm

Conference Auditorium 1 followed by burgers at Henry Price

Entry to venue: There is a wheelchair accessible lift to enter Conference Auditorium 1. The porter on site will be able to assist with the lift if required. 

Accessible Toilets: Accessible toilet facilities are located on the ground floor to the left as you enter.

Quiet space if needed:  Conference Auditorium Foyer

This mandatory talk should be attended by all residents. This talk will include key information about your halls & safety in your halls, and you will have a chance to get to know your warden. You must stay for the duration of the talk, but you are welcome to leave after. The event will be followed by a burger van at Henry Price with vegan options.

Pizza & Activity Night

Monday 14 September, 6pm - 8pm

Room 6, Leeds University Union

Entry to the venue: There is a ramp to enter Leeds University Union, and the lift outside the Refectory will take you to the meeting room floor (2).

LUU Room 6 is at the end of the corridor.

Accessible toilet: Located inside Leeds University Union in the foyer area, near to the Refectory.

How to get to room 6 by Residence Life Leeds

We will be serving free pizza with both meat and vegan options, and there will be games you can choose to play with other residents. You are free to drop in and leave at any time, but please note that the food will be first-come, first-served. You will also be able to meet your Residence Life Assistants.

Boardgame Night

Wednesday 16 September, 5pm - 8pm

Room 6, Leeds University Union

We will have a range of board games to choose from to play with other residents. You can leave this event at any time.

Picnic in the park

Thursday 17 September, 12pm - 2pm

Meet outside Henry Price at 11:45am

We will walk from Henry Price over the road to Woodhouse Moor park. We will stay here for a picnic! You can leave this event at any time.

Ice Cream & Mingle

Wednesday 23 September, 12pm - 2pm

Outside Henry Price

We will have free ice cream outside Henry Price, come down and get yours and socialise with your residents!

Residence Life Assistants Welcome Flat Visits

Thursday 24 September, 6pm - 8pm

Flats, Henry Price

You don't need to do anything for this event - stay in your flat! Your RLA's will visit your flat with a flat welcome box. Here they will explain their role and you can ask them any questions you may have.
