From 9 February, you can return any keys, fobs or access cards you no longer need to secure collection boxes across campus.
Drop off locations:
Permanent secure drop-off boxes are available at the following locations:

| Porters Office, Great Hall Entrance | 7.30am - 6.30pm Monday - Friday |
| Maurice Keyworth Reception Desk | 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday |
| Bragg Reception Desk | 9am - 1.30pm Monday - Thursday |
| Facilities Directorate Reception | 9am - 4pm Monday - Friday |
How to return your items
Please take any spare keys, fobs or access cards to one of the designated drop-off locations and place them into the secure box.
If items are attached to a lanyard, remove your ID card or any personal items before returning them.
All returned items will be securely logged and deactivated and no physical data will be stored.
