Looking for a way to look after your body over exam season?

As part of our Wellbeing Weeks, we want to invite you to take care of your body by taking part in a mindfulness session!

Mindfulness encourages you to pay more attention to the present moment, including your thoughts, feelings and the world around you to improve your mental wellbeing. 

This is a great opportunity to take some time away from exams and prioritise your mental health, we hope to see you there! 

Note: We will have some yoga mats available on the day, but feel free to bring your own! We also recommend bringing a water bottle along with you. 



We will be taking photos and videos during the event to capture the fun and share highlights on our Residence Life website and Instagram.
