Looking for a way to look after your body over exam season?

As part of our Wellbeing Weeks, we want to invite you to take some time out of your day to take care of your body by doing some yoga!

Yoga is a form of body weight exercise that encourages you to focus on the present moment by noticing your body, helping to ground you through breath work. Alongside this, it has a range of health benefits such as improving flexibility, core strength and balance. 

This is a great opportunity to take some time away from exams and prioritise your wellbeing, we hope to see you there! 

Note:  We will have some yoga mats available on the day, but feel free to bring your own!  We also recommend bringing a water bottle along with you.
