Each year we have a limited number of rooms that we're able to offer to students who might want to return to living in University accommodation.
We aren't able to offer space to everyone, but if you're an international undergraduate student (paying the full fees) and apply by 31 January 2025, we do guarantee you an offer of University accommodation. You can apply individually or as part of a group wanting to live together.
We welcome applications from disabled students who feel that private housing would not meet their requirements. To help us process your application please include some supporting information such as a doctor’s letter.
UK undergraduate and postgraduate returning students are welcome to apply, but we cannot guarantee that we will have enough rooms available to make you an offer of accommodation.
If you apply and we are unable to offer you a room, we will let you know your application has been unsuccessful as soon as we are able to.
Applications are now open and you can find out more on the accommodation website and apply via the accommodation portal. We do get a lot of interest in returning to halls and there's only a limited number of places available at each hall, so it's worth applying as soon as you can to have a better chance of an offer for your preferred hall.
Remember that there’s lots of great benefits to living in University accommodation:
- Rent includes WiFi, energy bills and free laundry credits
- Free Edge Club gym membership
- Only £200 deposit and no guarantor needed
- Shorter contracts – no summer rent to pay!
