Mandatory Warden Welcome Talk
Wednesday 23 September, 7pm - 9pm
Conference Auditorium 1, followed by food at the Welcome Marquee
Meet your Warden and other residents!
Entry to venue: There is a wheelchair accessible lift to enter Conference Auditorium 1. The porter on site will be able to assist with the lift if required.
Accessible Toilets: Accessible toilet facilities are located on the ground floor to the left as you enter.
Quiet space if needed: Conference Auditorium Foyer
This mandatory talk should be attended by all residents. This talk will include key information about your halls & safety in your halls, and you will have a chance to get to know your warden. You must stay for the duration of the talk but you are welcome to leave after.

Pizza & Activity Night
Friday 18 September, 6pm - 8pm
Leodis Common Room
We will be serving free pizza, both meat and vegan options, and there will be a game you can choose to play with other residents. You will have the opportunity to meet your Residence Life Assistants at this event. You are free to drop in and leave at any time, but please note the food will be first come, first served.
Parkrun & Walk
Sunday 20 September, 10am - 12pm
Woodhouse Moor and Leodis afterwards for food
Join us for a chill walk/run (your choice) around Woodhouse Moor. We will finish at Leodis for food and refreshments.
Leodis Welcome Event
Saturday 3 October, 12pm - 4pm
Leodis Courtyard
Join in to meet new people living in your residence and get free food! Food will be first come, first served.
