Bring your friends and win your groceries!

Res Life & Essentials have teamed up to bring you an evening of classic gameshows with loads of great prizes to be won! On Monday 28th April from 6pm to 8pm in Pyramid Theatre, we'll be hosting the Grocery Gameshow!

We've got bundles of groceries, toiletries and cleaning products to give away to the winners of each round. Plus, the overall winners for the night will win a £40 Co-op supermarket voucher EACH!

Bring your friends and compete in a team of 4 to 6 people. You'll be playing 9 different games across the night based on classic TV gameshows, including The Price is Right, Countdown and The Cube! Some games involve the team, and some will involve nominating a member to represent your team. Check out the full list of games below.

Survey Says

Can your team guess the most popular survey result? Put your own thoughts to one side and get into the minds of others! If you get all of them right, your team wins a prize.

Minute to Win it

Nominate a team member to race against the clock in a game of hand-eye coordination. Who can flip cups and toss rings the fastest? The fastest person wins a prize for their team.

The Price Is Right

Nominate an individual who knows their supermarket prices. How much does each item cost in a specified UK supermarket? The savviest player wins a prize for their team!

Countdown

As a team, race against the countdown clock to complete a mystery foodie task. The teams who complete the task correctly win a prize for their team.

Accessibility: this game requires some physical mobility but it is a team game.

Where am I?

Nominate a team member who knows Leeds well! They will be racing against other team members to name key Leeds locations, square by square. The twist? Answer incorrectly and you're eliminated from the round! The person to guess the location correctly wins a prize for their team.
