Looking for people to live with next year?
We are teaming up with Unipol, the student housing experts, to run a flatmate finding event! If you are looking for people to live with next academic year, come along and get to know other students. There will be free tea, coffee and snacks too!
We are hosting the event on Wednesday 05th February in Pyramid Canteen, Leeds University Union, at 2pm.
As well as activities to help you get to know potential future flatmates, Unipol will have information on how to look for housing and tips to make sure you're informed about what you are looking for.

There is step-free access to Pyramid Canteen. There are two lift options to reach the first basement floor (near Co-op supermarket). Lift 1 can be found opposite the Refectory. This lift goes to floor -1. From there, the next lift is located at the end of the corridor, past the food vendors, Co-op and the Scarlet and Mango studios. This lift can then be used to get to Pyramid Canteen (floor -2).
Lift 2 is located through the doors to the left of the main Terrace entrance and then by turning right once you're through those doors. From there, the next lift is located at the end of the corridor, past the food vendors, Co-op and the Scarlet and Mango studios. This lift can then be used to get to Pyramid Canteen (floor -2).
An accessible toilet can be found at the back right hand side of Pyramid Canteen, on the upper level. The bar is also located on the upper level. This can be accessed via a ramp.
How the event will run: At this event we will run two icebreaker games related to housing and the qualities you are looking for in a future flatmate. The activities are optional and if you don't want to take part, please let a member of staff know. At any point if you want to leave, you can. There will be free time after the activities for you to talk to other students. Unipol staff will talk to small groups about their organisation and information about finding houses. There will be a free drinks and snacks station where you can help yourself.
