I lived in Central Village during my first year, and I absolutely loved it! It was in the perfect location, really close to campus while also being just a short walk from the city centre. One of my favourite things was having easy access to The Edge gym, and because I lived on the top floor, I had some amazing views from my room.

I love spending time with friends, getting lost in a good book, and travelling whenever I get the chance. I’m also bilingual, and one of my goals is to learn a third language in the future!

As an RLA, I’m here to help freshers settle into university life and make them feel at home in halls. Whether it’s offering advice from a student perspective, answering questions, or planning fun events throughout the year, my aim is to help create a welcoming and supportive community where everyone feels included.

Get to know your flatmates! You’ll be living together for the whole year, so making the effort to chat, spend time together, or even have a cheeky yap in the kitchen can really help you settle in quickly. Those little moments often turn into some of the best memories and friendships.
