Join Residence Life for a relaxing and scenic visit to the beautiful Yorkshire Lavender Gardens, where you’ll discover the sights, scents, and benefits of this much‑loved plant!
For just £4, enjoy a delightful afternoon surrounded by lavender fields, complete with a traditional lavender cream tea, expert insights from the Head Gardener, and plenty of time to explore and take photos.
Event Itinerary:
- 9:30am: Arrive at Parkinson Steps to board the coach
- 11:00am – 12:00pm: Lavender cream tea
- 12:00pm – 12:30pm: Talk with the Head Gardener
- 12:30pm – 3:00pm: Leisurely stroll through the gardens, time to browse the plant nursery, and an opportunity to pick up lavender-themed treats from the gift shop
- 3:00pm - 4:00pm: Journey back to Leeds
This is the perfect chance to unwind, learn something new, and enjoy a fragrant day out in the Yorkshire countryside.
We will be taking photos and videos during the event to capture the fun and share highlights on our Residence Life website and Instagram.
