Calling all students living in halls! Looking for a cozy, creative way to spend your afternoon? Join us for a Bread Baking Event at Room 6, Leeds University Union (LUU) – a perfect chance to meet new people, learn a new skill, and enjoy the smell of freshly baked bread!

Entry to the venue: There is a ramp to enter Leeds University Union, and the lift outside the Refectory will take you to the meeting room floor (2).


LUU Room 6 is at the end of the corridor.


Accessible toilet: Located inside Leeds University Union in the foyer area, near to the Refectory.

How to get to room 6 by Residence Life Leeds

We will be taking photos and videos during the event to capture the fun and share highlights on our Residence Life website and Instagram.


These images will not be used outside of Residence Life promotional purposes.

What to expect?

We’ll be mixing, kneading, and baking simple loaves using basic ingredients: Flour, Yeast, Water, Bowls, Wooden Spoons, Measuring Cups – everything provided!

Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned dough pro, this event is all about having fun and getting stuck in. Plus, you’ll get to take home your very own handmade bread!
